Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of toxic gas monitoring (TGM) equipment, including detectors, alarms, and control systems
Collaborate closely with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during alarm events, providing essential technical support and expertise to identify and resolve issues
Strictly adhere to all safety policies and protocols, including Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure all work complies with federal/state standards like OSHA and NFPA
Conduct daily rounds, perform safety inspections, record readings, and monitor online gas and chemical systems
Maintain accurate, up-to-date procedures and documentation, and perform regular audits to support safety and quality initiatives
Drive quality and cost-saving initiatives by analyzing safety and equipment data and participating in continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4-5 years of technical proficiency with GMS monitoring equipment and systems
Minimum 4 years of experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GMS equipment
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience in a similar role within the semiconductor industry or a related field
