Design and govern Microsoft 365 architecture across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Power Platform, and security/compliance
Lead M365 modernization, migrations, and large-scale implementations
Strengthen M365 security posture, governance, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align solutions with strategy
Mentor engineering teams and support delivery of major cloud initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise IT; deep experience across M365 workloads
Strong expertise in modern workplace, identity, security, and collaboration
Proven ability to architect large, complex Microsoft 365 environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
