The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue strategy across various channels, ensuring cohesive growth in sponsorships, subscriptions, and other revenue streams.

Responsibilities
Own total company revenue strategy and execution
Oversee sponsorships, brand partnerships, and media sales
Oversee and help scale the affiliate revenue business
Partner with product leadership on subscription growth and monetization
Build forecasting, reporting, and accountability across revenue lines
Hire and lead sales, partnerships, and revenue operations talent
Work directly with the CEO on pricing, packaging, and growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Senior revenue leader with experience in media, subscriptions, marketplaces, or platforms
Proven ability to scale multiple revenue streams in parallel
Comfortable building from early traction, not inherited scale
Highly analytical, structured, and outcome-driven
Motivated by ownership, upside, and building something meaningful
