Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of the employee experience at LGSCO
Providing a wide range of HR services across the employee lifecycle
Ensuring policies and processes are up to date
Acting as a trusted and approachable point of contact for staff and managers
Taking a lead in the areas of learning, induction and wellbeing
Qualification
Required
significant experience of delivering a full professional HR/Learning service with varying complexity
Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent level of knowledge/experience
confident advising managers on all aspects of people management
thrive on advising, problem-solving and supporting people
strive to improve processes
keen interest in induction, learning and wellbeing
