Responsibilities
Provide patient care in one of our Family Medicine Centers and/or on our inpatient service at UNC Hillsborough Hospital, based on applicant interest and department need
Teach and mentor medical students, interns, residents, fellows, and other learners in a variety of clinical settings
Develop a scholarly interest focusing on aging, chronic illness, and long-term care
Engage in community outreach and attend professional events to assist with program development and building professional relationships
Qualification
Required
MD or DO required
Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
Preferred
Fellowship training and/or an advanced degree (e.g. MPH) is highly desirable, but not mandatory
