Client Services Supervisor
Carr, Riggs & Ingram, through its division ProSport Accountants, specializes in tailored tax and accounting services for professional athletes and entertainers. The Client Services Supervisor will oversee and mentor the Client Services Specialists, manage client communications, and improve internal workflows to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Client Services Specialists, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development
Oversee the gathering, reviewing, and organizing client tax information for return preparation
Ensure timely scanning and electronic filing of client documents
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and firm information
Monitor and improve internal workflows and client service processes using spreadsheets and firm systems
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications regarding tax matters, ensuring timely and professional responses
Coordinate with tax preparers and partners to ensure smooth client onboarding and document flow
Manage team assignments and project timelines to meet seasonal and year-round deadlines
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the Client Services team
Assist with hiring, training, and development of new Client Services staff
Other duties as assigned to support firm operations and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
3-4+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, or tax operations
Ability to work overtime January through April and during other peak seasons
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to motivate and guide a diverse team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is a plus
