They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Android Financial Products to take ownership of the Android wallet app, focusing on building, debugging, and maintaining high-quality financial products used by millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

Drive the growth of World Wallet by introducing new products, improving existing ones, and expanding to more territories

Own the Android build of World Card, virtual accounts launched in more countries and supporting more currencies, and new products around crypto-native activities like trading

Build core technologies and infrastructure to improve transaction success, transaction speed, security, privacy, compliance, reliability, and development velocity for World

Design, build, debug, scale, and maintain the Android wallet app to meet high standards and company goals

Work closely with designers, engineers, and users to deliver meaningful products

Required

You have been designing and developing natively for Android for some time

You have a track record of writing exceptional software, tackling hard problems, and working with urgency

You express yourself clearly, crisply and simply, in writing and in speech
