Responsibilities

Improve our already world-class customer service
Provide excellent guidance to our customers throughout the transfer process
Represent us at conferences around North America and around the world
Stay current on RIR policies, industry changes, and best practices
Stay in close communication with customers to guide them through the transfer process
Flexibility to handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise

Qualification

Required

Time in a role focused on making customers happy
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
Time efficient with critical thinking skills
Excellent English language skills

Preferred

An understanding of IPv4 is a plus but not a must have (we will help you with this if you don't bring it to the role)
Ideally, advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH)
Python or other programming language a plus!
Additional languages are definitely a plus!
