This role supports a multi-disciplinary product group focused on the full customer journey and collaborates closely with various teams to influence key journey areas and drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
Own the cadence for goals/OKRs and keep the product roadmap current and prioritized
Drive planning through launch and post‑launch learning to ensure smooth releases
Improve collaboration by managing team tools and communication forums
Lead cross‑functional reviews with senior stakeholders and surface dependencies/tradeoffs
Track outcomes and report impact of initiatives
Standardize processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing to increase delivery velocity
Partner with tech/product leadership on planning and team enablement
Tackle special projects that advance product operations and execution
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in product operations, product management, program/strategy operations, or strategy consulting
Proven experience coordinating large portfolios
Strong communication and ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences
Hands-on with Asana/Jira and familiar with Agile/Scrum practices
Thrives in fast-paced settings; creates structure, works proactively, and takes ownership
