Responsibilities

Perform on-site maintenance and support of Dedrone by Axon systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and replace of sensors, cameras, and other components in a variety of environments (e.g., rooftops, open fields, high-security areas)
Conduct wiring, cabling, and system integration tasks to ensure proper connectivity and functionality
Configure Dedrone by Axon systems according to site-specific requirements and customer needs
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical documentation and detailed reporting for maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
Serve as the on-site technical point of contact for the customer
Provide training and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Conduct routine maintenance and software updates to ensure system reliability
Assist with retrofits and upgrades to existing systems as new Dedrone technologies are introduced
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless deployment and support of Dedrone by Axon solutions
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for working in diverse environments, including rooftops and outdoor installations
Ensure compliance with all site-specific regulations and requirements

Required

MUST HAVE CURRENT DHS CLEARANCE
2+ years of hands-on technical fieldwork, including system installations or maintenance
Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Basic understanding of networking, including IP configuration and wireless communication
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams effectively
Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor environments, and under varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; certifications in networking or security systems are a bonus

Preferred

Experience working with security systems, sensors, or networked technology preferred
Understanding counter-drone technologies or security systems is a plus
Familiarity with Axon's ecosystem of public safety solutions is beneficial
