Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate elite technology professionals for customer projects
Develop deep knowledge of your niche technical vertical
Build long-term relationships with leading technical talent, providing career management advice and support
Identify and convert new customer leads and opportunities
Proactively market High Trail services and candidates to potential customers
Build, develop and manage customer relationships
Consult with customers on team design, the availability of talent and their employee value proposition
