Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate price, coverage terms and conditions for all new and renewal business generating profitable and sustainable growth
Collaborate with agents and brokers and align with carrier appetite and IPS guidelines
Manages and underwrites an IPS portfolio of business
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry at a brokerage or provider organization
Licensing: Active state specific Life & Health/Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire
Skills & Technical Competencies: Consistent ability and willingness to engage in both internal and external educational opportunities to enhance their knowledge of current insurance topics and relevant system improvements
Committed to pursuing relevant designations and continuing education as appropriate
