Responsibilities
Build and define technical program management processes from concept to production for software development programs
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary software programs from concept through delivery, driving schedules, risk management, cross-functional alignment, and execution milestones
Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution across all phases of the software lifecycle
Technical leadership, shaping program strategy, influences architectural decisions, and establishes the TPM function as a core pillar of the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of industry experience
at least 3 years in a dedicated Technical Program Management role
Strong background in software development programs
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments without established processes
Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders
Preferred
experience in compilers
