Responsibilities
Serve as lead marketing and business development contact for multiple law firm clients
Develop long-term marketing and business development plans and oversee day-to-day execution
Lead initiatives such as brand refreshes, website redesigns, content development, events, awards and sponsorships
Manage client meetings and ensure alignment with goals
Use analytics to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements
Mentor and manage junior team members
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and growth
Improve internal processes and contribute to service delivery enhancements
Support new business efforts and contribute to company growth
Conduct training sessions and business development coaching
Occasional travel to Builden retreats, clients and conferences
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of experience, including in-house large law firm experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
Strong project management and communication
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Committed to mentoring and developing junior talent
Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
