In this role, you will support the Digital Workplace Services team by providing exceptional support to INTEGRIS Health caregivers and the community, while engaging in technical infrastructure implementation and ongoing maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Support senior and lead engineers with technical infrastructure implementation, automation and ongoing maintenance activities
Provide feedback, recommendations and as-built documentation on technical and architectural designs throughout the infrastructure's life-cycle
Support a life-cycle of continual process improvement part of our IT Service Management discipline
Qualification
Required
Mid-level understanding of many components of the IT infrastructure
Appreciation of how the component pieces work together to enable end user applications and support services
Technical specialization in areas of server, compute, network, storage, data centers, communication services, data protection services, and virtualization
Moderate depth of knowledge and experience across multiple engineering disciplines
Support senior and lead engineers with technical infrastructure implementation, automation and ongoing maintenance activities
Provide feedback, recommendations and as-built documentation on technical and architectural designs throughout the infrastructure's life-cycle
Support a life-cycle of continual process improvement as part of IT Service Management discipline
