Responsibilities

Lead Discovery & Requirements: Lead requirements gathering sessions and drive conversations to understand client needs, breaking them down into small, manageable pieces

Agile Execution: Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications to guide the development process

Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing discovery workshops and conduct comprehensive product demos for clients following the initial bootcamp/enablement period

Solution Design: Utilize white-boarding and consultative techniques to map out business and technical landscapes

Platform Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Telephony Systems and specifically AWS and the Amazon Connect platform to provide tailored, expert solutions

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and the vision is executed correctly

Qualification

Required

3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination

Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations and 'white-board' solutions live with clients

Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect

Preferred

Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus
