Responsibilities
Support the operations of the Rental Center
Work in the Rental Department supporting the Specialty Assistant Manager and Department Supervisor
Provide a better associate experience and ensure outstanding service to customers
Help customers, safety and compliance in the Rental Center
Operational process execution, and department standards
Inventory and fleet management
Assist with associate support, training, and tasking delegation, as directed by the Department Supervisor
Work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure customers’ needs are met
Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
Complete specified safety training
Immediately correct hazards and unsafe conditions, and/or report conditions to the Manager on Duty
Work safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers
Qualification
Required
