Responsibilities

Manage strategy, project delivery, and day-to-day operations for non-QAD legacy ERPs and business applications across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain

Partner closely with business leaders to translate needs into enhancements, integrations, and process improvements

Lead project intake, prioritization, and execution using agile methods

Oversee integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware) and ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation

Manage vendor/AMS partners and enforce SLAs, change control, and compliance (SOX, ITGC, cyber)

Develop and coach a small team of analysts and application specialists

Support the multi-year transition to SAP S/4HANA by shaping consolidation and retirement roadmaps

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or comparable

Minimum of 10 years in ERP/application portfolio management or enterprise solutions leadership

Hands-on experience with legacy ERPs (e.g. Sage, Epicor, IFS, MS Dynamics, or similar)

Strong grasp of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, purchasing, and customer service processes

Solid understanding of integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware)

Experience managing vendors, AMS models, global support operations and ERP projects

Excellent communication, business partnership, and team leadership skills

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP Hana S4 is a plus but not required
