Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns
Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps
Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays
Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to support scale and efficiency
Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members supporting onboarding coordination
Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in project management or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong process improvement skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Experience managing onboarding processes
Ability to track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Experience in developing and communicating onboarding instructions
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
Experience providing mentorship and oversight to junior team members
Ability to deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership
