Responsibilities
Lead the design and launch of MyEyeDr.’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand, crafting messaging frameworks, visual assets, and campaign materials that bring our story to life
Develop and maintain MyEyeDr.’s presence on Glassdoor and Indeed — creating content, templated responses, and feedback reporting that reflect our culture and influence reputation
Create compelling content and templates for the careers website and LinkedIn to enhance talent attraction and candidate engagement
Design clear, cohesive communications campaigns for key HR initiatives such as Open Enrollment, Engagement Surveys, and Total Rewards, ensuring consistency in voice and brand
Develop engaging talking points, scripts, and presentation materials to support the Chief People Officer in key meetings, leadership forums, and enterprise events
Build and manage a forward-looking calendar of people program communications that integrates HR topics with key industry, cultural, and organizational events
Drive continuity in HR communications and presentations across the team by sharing guidelines, templates, and feedback
Partner with leaders to shape tone and messaging, manage priorities with diplomacy, and ensure alignment between strategy and storytelling
Maintain and evolve SharePoint sites and HR microsites, balancing function, design, and usability for a seamless user experience
Uphold strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial records, and personnel matters
Deliver all work with precision, urgency, and follow-through — ensuring every product is ready for leadership visibility, scalable across teams, and continuously improved
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in human resource management, communications, business administration, marketing or equivalent certification
3+ years' experience with project management and/or communications management
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor tone and voice for diverse audiences — from executives to frontline employees
Demonstrated experience designing digital and print materials that balance clarity, visual appeal, and brand consistency
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. to create on-brand visuals, templates, and layouts for internal and external audiences
Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout — able to translate complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals
Strong executive presence, discretion, and ability to influence tone and outcomes across all levels
Naturally curious, adaptable, and proactive; able to anticipate needs and connect information across teams and topics
Proven success in working independently and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs with some level of ambiguity
Demonstrated customer focus and collaboration skills
Knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, and practices related to Human Resources; SHRM or other HR certification a plus
