Responsibilities

Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
Work directly with opposing counsel
Draft motions and pleadings
Negotiate settlement
Handle court appearances
Prepare the case for trial
Have substantive client contact
Significant involvement in case strategy and management

Qualification

General litigation experienceFair Credit Reporting ActSingle plaintiff litigationTop law firm experienceAnalytical skillsVerbal communication skillsWritten communication skillsWork ethic

Required

At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single plaintiff work
Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
Excellent academic credentials
Analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred
Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
