Client and Community Relations Coordinator

Right at Home of Central New Jersey provides in-home care and assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities. The Client & Community Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting clients to services and nurturing relationships with referral partners while supporting office operations and community outreach.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and families, conducting sign-ups and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through regular visits, check-ins, and follow-ups
Participate in community events, marketing health fairs, and assisted living activities on behalf of Right at Home
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team
Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies (e.g., gloves) to caregivers or clients
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth coordination of client services

Qualification

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients, families, and referral partners
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule between office and field activities
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred

Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or marketing preferred
