They are seeking a senior Value-Based Care Strategy Advisor to align their clinical model with value-based care frameworks and engage with payers to ensure financial sustainability and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on aligning ATCA’s care model with value-based reimbursement structures and payer incentives

Advise on how outcomes, utilization, and cost-efficiency can be positioned to support payer partnerships and long-term contracts

Guide the selection of clinical and functional outcome measures relevant to value-based care performance

Support the refinement of care pathways to improve outcomes while managing cost, utilization, and patient experience

Provide insight into Medicare Advantage priorities, performance metrics, and population management considerations

Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to assess value-based performance and identify optimization opportunities

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to embed value-based thinking across the organization

Required

Experience as a healthcare executive, physician-leader, or payer-facing operator

Deep exposure to Medicare Advantage, alternative payment models, and value-based care delivery

Ability to provide strategic guidance on aligning care models with value-based reimbursement structures and payer incentives

Experience advising on outcomes, utilization, and cost-efficiency to support payer partnerships and long-term contracts

Expertise in guiding the selection of clinical and functional outcome measures relevant to value-based care performance

Ability to support the refinement of care pathways to improve outcomes while managing cost, utilization, and patient experience

Insight into Medicare Advantage priorities, performance metrics, and population management considerations

Experience reviewing aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to assess value-based performance and identify optimization opportunities

Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to embed value-based thinking across the organization
