They are seeking a motivated Intern to support tooling and manufacturing teams, providing an opportunity to learn safe and effective methods for making and maintaining tools used in production and assembly environments.

Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of tooling, fixtures, jigs, and shop equipment

Support machining tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, sanding, and basic machine setup under supervision

Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices to support tool making activities

Help interpret technical drawings, sketches, and instructions provided by tool makers or engineers

Perform basic maintenance and organization of tooling materials, shop equipment, and workstations

Assist with inspection of tools and fixtures to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

Learn and follow proper safety procedures for machining, fabrication, and shop operations

Support process improvements and participate in troubleshooting activities when tools or fixtures require adjustments

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis

Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
