The Hybrid Licensing Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with alarm, electrical, and related licensing requirements, managing permits and licenses, and overseeing inspections while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Obtain all required alarm and electrical permits for customers, ensuring compliance with state, city, and county regulations
Coordinate and ensure completion of necessary inspections
Research licensing and permit requirements across jurisdictions to ensure full company compliance with all ordinances
Complete, submit, and manage applications for permits and changes to company license types, using various methods such as hand-written forms, online submissions, and list submissions
Perform regular audits and analyses of compliance practices and maintain accurate, organized records of all permits, licenses, and related documentation
Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries from state and local government officials, customers, and colleagues from other departments
Attend regular one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions with supervisors and team members to support continuous improvement
Ensure that all company licenses always remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid (remote and on-site) work environment
Customer service experience and ability to interact professionally with government officials and internal teams
Preferred
Proficiency with online application systems and maintaining digital records
