Responsibilities

You will design, develop and modify many different elements of technology

You will be required to understand advanced methods, theories and research techniques that establish ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy. We are looking for a subject matter expert in multiple areas of technology that will represent our team in a positive manner within and outside of the department

You will be leading implementations and providing viable recommendations for implementing new solutions

You will be providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments; ensuring deadlines are met

Daily activities will include collaborating with Architects and recommending adjustments to the architecture to improve the overall quality and integration

You will also be required to monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures

Required

Service Cloud – 3 years +: Implementation of cases, omnichannel

Sales Cloud – 3 years +: Implementation of various sales components (sales engagement, pipeline management, reporting, etc.)

API Experiences – 3 years + : MuleSoft preferred, open to an experience and show depth. Experiences integrating with parallel systems and showing that level of detail is something impactful in this position and sought after at this time

Flows – Heavy emphasis on implementing both batch and screen flows

Architecture / Solution Engineer Experiences – 3 years +: Need an out of the box thinker at times to pull things together to relate to business needs. Can think on their own and come up and back with options

Hands on developer as well. Not looking for a full-time leader or coach but someone that can also develop at the same time as researching options

Lightning Web Component Development – 3 years +

Apex – Strong background in triggered applications
