Responsibilities
Greet and direct all guests
Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests
Answer phone properly and follow all reservation procedures
Organize and maintain a clean station
Assist barista in taking orders and enter into point of sales
Collect payment and make correct change when necessary
Prepare coffee and drink orders according to specifications
Package and deliver food orders
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and write English
Communication and hospitality skills (English required)
Ability to answer phones
Ability to work with money
Full-time required to work 30 plus hours weekly
Part-time required to work less than 30 hours weekly
