Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages at multiple Tucson locations, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and preventive care
Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care, utilize Athena EMR for accurate documentation, participate in quality improvement, and educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
Qualification
Required
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona
Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted healthcare plans
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
