Relationship Account Manager-Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit - Vice President

Responsibilities

Manage/resolve client escalations and issues
Coordination and project management of product implementations and service related needs
Assist in relationship review documents, visualizations from data sets and mutually agreed upon performance report cards with product
Maintain ongoing relationship management routines
Manage messages and promote understanding of client perceived value
Drive increased client satisfaction
Create and manage planning for projects such as migrations, year-end pricing changes, etc
Manage project meetings for large client implementations
Work with Risk partners for certain elements of risk management including reputational risk
Help coordinate and facilitate RFPs responses
Lead cross-functional client projects
Operational and functional knowledge of credit products to be able to address and resolve set-up, invoice and billing issues
Problem solving of billing and collections issues
Manage Client change request process: Present requests to Product/Market to review JPMC costs, margin and obtain approval to submit costs estimates to client
Partner with Operations and Service team to find solutions for non-BAU client request
Partner with Ops to support the client for all on-site visits for peak, client User Acceptance Test, site visits, etc
Partner with Banking and Sales on growth opportunities
Assist with contract negotiations including pricing, performance agreements, business continuity, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7 years prior work experience in Business Operations / Client Services / Sales Support
Ability to assess & calibrate with multiple partners on project deliverables under time sensitive deadlines
Established program management skills with experience in complex projects and expertise in project management discipline, tools & techniques
Experience collaborating in a team environment with accountability for results – must be skilled in developing strategies as well as executing tactics in a hands-on environment
Demonstrated ability to work across a virtual and/or geographically dispersed team
Proven client interaction skills to calibrate & manage client expectations
Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to drive results
Preferred
Proficiency in managing client problem resolution and delivering solutions; ability to mobilize internal resources to move quickly to resolve issues
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization including senior management, sales, IT, operations and product management, banking, implementation
Experience with Treasury Services products and implementation processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products such as Project, Power-point and Excel
Ability and willingness to travel at times to meet with clients and be present at operational sites (e.g. Lockbox)
