SAINT LAURENT Visual Merchandise Coordinator Rive Droite

The In-Store Visual Merchandising Coordinator will ensure the brand's image is upheld through the execution and maintenance of in-store product displays, collaborating closely with local and HQ teams for product rotations and installations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with both local and HQ VM teams to develop, plan, and prepare display zonings for upcoming rotations, product launches, and installations
Prior to each rotation, prepare the necessary products in accordance with approved zonings
Coordinate product transfers from other locations in the network and work with buyers to ensure timely availability of products for scheduled rotation dates
Photograph each rotation, compile images into a comprehensive report, and submit to HQ for review and approval
Ensure the store display is maintained in compliance with company VM standards prior to store opening, throughout operating hours, and after closing
Provide weekly updates and reports to HQ to ensure accurate communication of display statuses
Generate sell-through reports and top-selling item lists to share with the buying team, ensuring accurate replenishment
Maintain up-to-date sales galleries, ensuring they accurately reflect current inventory
Regularly update product photo albums to reflect new merchandise deliveries
Partner with the operations team to track and manage the arrival schedule for new products
Oversee and manage the inventory of all VM tools in-store, ensuring they are available and in good condition
Occasionally collaborate with VM partners to execute rotations at local stores
Assist with annual inventory and prepare as needed
Qualification
Required
Flexible availability based on projects and installations
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills with extreme attention to detail
Must be able to maintain an onsite presence of 5 days at the Saint Laurent Rive Droite Location
