Responsibilities

Understand and analyze custodial, event, and maintenance conditions, trends, and facility usage patterns to recommend process improvements, optimize scheduling, and reduce response times for reported issues

Utilize data from events and facility operations to identify recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to implement proactive maintenance strategies

Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations, including work order completion times, repair needs, event setup and breakdowns and staffing efficiency, providing regular updates to management

Assist in creating reports to monitor facility usage, event needs, student staff performance, and maintenance activity, ensuring data-driven decision-making in daily operations

Provide insights from facility and staffing data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce operational downtime

Collaborate on the development of standardized workflows for event needs and maintenance requests, leveraging data to ensure consistent service quality and streamlined operations

Support event planning and operations by analyzing trends to improve resource allocation, scheduling, and overall event success rates

Required

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
