SVP, Commercial Relationship Manager - Healthcare
JCW Group is a leading regional financial institution in the Southeast, seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their specialized Healthcare Real Estate lending group. This role is responsible for the origination, structuring, and management of high-value credit relationships focused on medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and acquire new commercial real estate lending opportunities within the healthcare sector ($10MM–$100MM+ tranches)
Network Management: Cultivate a robust pipeline through direct calling, centers of influence (COIs), and industry-specific conferences (NIC, BOMA, etc.)
Capital Structuring: Lead the structuring of complex credit facilities, including construction loans, bridge-to-perm, and revolving lines of credit
Risk Assessment: Partner with Credit Officers to perform in-depth analysis of property-level cash flows (NOI), tenant creditworthiness, and healthcare-specific regulatory risks
Memo Presentation: Author and present comprehensive credit memorandums to the Senior Credit Committee, providing clear rationale for risk ratings and deal structures
Technical Proficiency: Analyze Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement trends and Certificate of Need (CON) requirements as they relate to collateral valuation
Relationship Depth: Act as the primary advisor for HRE clients, cross-selling the bank’s ancillary services including Treasury Management, Private Wealth, and Capital Markets (ISD/FX)
Monitoring: Review quarterly financial statements, rent rolls, and covenant compliance for an assigned portfolio to ensure ongoing asset quality
Strategy: Develop and execute annual "Relationship Plans" for top-tier clients to maximize "share of wallet."
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Commercial Real Estate or Healthcare Banking, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding $50MM+ annual production goals
Deep expertise in medical property types (MOB, ALF/ILF, Specialized Clinics) and the unique operational drivers of healthcare tenants
Completion of a formal bank credit training program is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
Preferred
MBA or CCIM designation is a plus
