Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of Baader 182, 192, 212, and 427 processing equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Install new equipment or upgrade existing systems
Monitor equipment performance and implement adjustments to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, including lockout-tagout procedures
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production disruptions
Work closely with production teams to address equipment-related issues and optimize production processes
Tests the machines to verify step motors and tooling are set up and running properly
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
Other duties are to ensure the facility and organization is fully supported and successful

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, preferably Baader 182, 192, 212, and 427 processing Baader equipment
Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods

Preferred

Seafood or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Baader Certificate or equivalent training and experience
