Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and build data views, models, and pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and campaign execution
Assist in the migration of legacy SQL/SSIS processes to modern cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake
Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing data architecture improvements
Participate in BI tool consolidation and modernization efforts
Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across platforms
Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in ambiguous or evolving environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; CS, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, etc
0-2 years of experience
Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Data Warehousing: Understanding/exposure to Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, data loading, and performance optimization
Programming: Proficient in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics
SQL: SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets
ETL Development: Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines using modern data tools and frameworks
Data Modeling: Knowledge of dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for scalable analytics
