Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Design and build data views, models, and pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and campaign execution

Assist in the migration of legacy SQL/SSIS processes to modern cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake

Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing data architecture improvements

Participate in BI tool consolidation and modernization efforts

Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across platforms

Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in ambiguous or evolving environments

Required

SQL (Intermediate to Advanced): Ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues

Data Modeling: Understanding of relational and dimensional modeling for analytics

BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy): Exposure to dashboarding and report development

AI/ML Concepts (Preferred): Basic understanding of how data supports modeling and predictive analytics

Version Control (e.g., Git): Experience with code management and collaboration tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

0–3 years of experience in a data engineering, BI, or analytics role

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Self-starter with a high aptitude for learning and solving complex problems
