Field Outreach Manager (FT)
Allcareers is a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The Field Outreach Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the autism community, promoting Cortica’s services, and driving new patient enrollment.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain in-person outreach strategies to promote Cortica’s autism services, and resources to the broader community
Establish and maintain strong relationships with preschools, pediatricians and referral coordinators, advocacy groups, parent groups, community leaders, and other organizations that serve individuals with autism with a goal of driving awareness of Cortica’ services and enrolling new patients
Travel is necessary for approximately 90% of the time for in-person outreach, such as attending community events, meetings, and conferences
Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners to enhance relationships and foster collaboration
Lead presentations to a vast array of audiences ranging from senior leaders of organizations to families in need of services and other audiences
Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and seminars related to autism
Collaborate with director of partnerships and marketing team to create materials and campaigns that raise awareness of the organization's autism services and initiatives
Conduct research and market level analytics within any given market to identify all marketing opportunities and develop an overall outreach strategy. This includes in field and online outreach
Collaborate with director of business partnerships, area directors, operations managers and site operations managers, local team members, enrollment, and other internal teams to identify opportunities and coordinate outreach, ensuring a seamless enrollment process for the delivery of services
Identify and track outreach activities and provide regular reports to leadership on engagement efforts, outreach outcomes, and program effectiveness
Analyze community needs and identify opportunities for engagement
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience developing and executing outreach strategies, community engagement, and/or program management
Access to reliable transportation
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for tracking and reporting outreach activities
Available on occasional evenings and weekends to work
