You will navigate post-deal inquiries, including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios
You will conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the department, being a trusted advisor to all partners
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 2 years
Preferred
Experience with the retail energy and gas market
Demonstrate a winning attitude
Excels where customer advocacy is important
