Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor all global bank accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Negotiate banking terms and manage relationships with global banking partners

Implement and manage global cash pooling structures to optimize liquidity and minimize idle cash

Monitor intercompany funding and ensure efficient utilization of cash resources

Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts across all regions

Collaborate with FP&A and business units to anticipate cash needs and align with strategic plans

Oversee global business insurance programs, including property, liability, and specialty coverage

Manage annual insurance renewals, ensuring competitive pricing and adequate coverage

Liaise with brokers and insurers to negotiate terms and resolve claims

Ensure adherence to treasury policies and local regulatory requirements

Timely execution and management of hedging strategies, if needed

Drive automation and process improvements in treasury operations

Evaluate and implement treasury management systems and tools
