Telecom Engineer
ATC is seeking a Telecom Engineer to serve as a high-level technical support resource for VoIP phone numbers, mobile device management, and dial plans. The role involves managing telecommunications data and improving processes through automation and redundancy, while requiring extensive experience in VoIP communications and telecom infrastructure.

Telecommunications asset management and billing reconciliation
Managing call center software, distributing/managing VoIP phone numbers

Telecommunication Infrastructure and Service Inventories
Telecommunications bill payment systems
Telecommunications rates and billing systems
Telecommunications systems and services
Template and instructions development
Video Conferencing
Telecommunication: Design and configure of ACD, VoIP, and IVR systems

Work independently and within a team
Prioritize daily vs. project tasks
