MDU Sales Market Manager
Sonic is a company focused on expanding its fiber services. The MDU Sales Market Manager will drive sales by securing new buildings for fiber deployment and generating orders within those buildings to enhance Sonic's market presence.

Responsibilities
Meet Monthly sales performance expectations and Drive Take Rate at Full Building Installs
Ensure the sales teams are on track to hit their sales target while in the field
Assist the team with coordinating onsite events with landlords and property managers during the full building installations
Utilize Sales Rabbit/Salesforce for tracking sales progress and coaching the teams
Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials with the sales teams to promote the service
Provide updates on sales opportunities using different software
Provide reports with performance updates on sales activities for the Regional Sales Manager
Using existing reports, focus on increasing Capture Rate and Take Rate within the fiber footprint
Qualification
Required
Good communicator both verbally and written
Must be able to multi-task and balance many priorities
Solid teamwork skills
Working knowledge of MS Suite
Preferred
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Sales Rabbit & Salesforce a plus
Basic understanding of Sonic internal Tools or willing to learn
