Responsibilities

Works with management to consider the accounting implications of alternative deal structures
Keeps senior management informed about potential changes in accounting rules being proposed by accounting standard setters, including the potential impact to the Companies’ financial statements
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5+ years
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Extensive, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong understanding of accounting guidance across key areas, including consolidations, equity method investments, leases, revenue recognition, property and capitalization, derivatives, financial instruments, and debt and equity financings
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex transactions
Sound commercial judgment and business acumen
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other technical accounting professionals and controller groups across the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Bachelor's - Accounting / Finance
Master's - Business Administration
