Responsibilities

Revenue and expense reporting for programs and entities

Performing variance analysis on multiple programs

Reporting to the funding source (vouchering)

Performing budget modifications

Consolidated quarterly reporting to senior management, including commentaries

Working with management and subject matter experts to help define new reporting requirements and provide insights to senior management

Required

3+ years of experience in financial analysis

BS in Accounting or Finance required

Experience managing budgets for multiple programs (non-profit)

Experience performing variance analysis, explaining differences, and assisting in the preparation of quarterly reports that provide insights at a consolidated level

Experience performing various sorting functions, such as isolating specific expenses for an assigned region, performing trend analysis, and explaining to management

Experience developing budgets
