Responsibilities

Lead the on-site Operations Team and ensure adherence to all parking operations policies and procedures
Provide for the administration of all activities related to the physical operation of the parking garage including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance and security in order to maintain a first class operation at all times
Manage the day-to-day fiscal activities of the garages including the on-site bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and budget management in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include developing budgets for parking accounts and explaining variances for monthly, quarterly reports and annual plans
Manage all parking personnel. Besides direct day-to-day management, responsibilities include recruiting, evaluation, salary administration and creating and maintaining a regular training plan for all Parking Operations Team Members
Develop and maintain exemplary tenant and client relations
Carries out other duties as assigned by President, Executive Vice President, Director, Area Manager, or Property Manager

Required

Previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus
Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
Established experience with scheduling and payroll
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business (helpful but not required)
Management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality Industries
Organized, honest and thoughtful
Trustworthy, loyal and dependable
Self-sufficient, resourceful and decisive
Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
Exceptional way with people and achieve extraordinary results
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) and ADP
Flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays
