Revenue Reporting Specialist

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. They are seeking a Revenue Reporting Specialist who will interpret complex data sets with a focus on financial and revenue analysis to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to derive insights and identify trends
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover patterns and correlations in the data
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Monitor and reconcile revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support financial planning and budgeting processes
Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand revenue drivers and provide insights to optimize revenue generation
Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field
5+ years' experience with Excel and Power BI
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
