Responsibilities
Lead and manage site development projects from concept to completion
Mentor and support a team of civil engineers
Oversee grading, utilities, drainage, roadway elements, and civil infrastructure design
Prepare and review construction plans, engineering reports, and technical analysis using AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and permitting agencies
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and standards
Develop scopes, estimates, and project schedules
Support internal workflows, quality assurance, and team development
Managing project budgets
Qualification
Required
Three to five (3-5) years of drafting experience in AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, actively pursuing PE
Ability to translate engineering concepts into clear, accurate plans
Skilled in reviewing and checking design work from other CAD staff
Strong organization, communication, coordination skills, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
Willingness to mentor junior CAD staff and share best practices
Legally eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass background checks, and willing to complete a drug screen if required
Drafting: 3 years (Required)
Autodesk: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Professional Engineering license is preferred but not required
Willingness to obtain Oklahoma PE reciprocity is preferred
