Responsibilities

Performs Epic Caché install and updates (Installation and updates of Intersystems Caché database instances). Performs Epic Caché maintenance (Performs ongoing maintenance and creates documentation for the Intersystems Caché database environments)

Performs SQL Server install and updates (Installation and updates of Microsoft SQL database instances)

Performs SQL Server maintenance (Performs ongoing maintenance and creates documentation for the Microsoft SQL database environments)

Performs Epic Cogito Clarity support/maintenance (Installation and maintenance of Clarity console and ensures ETL runs successfully)

Performs Epic Data Courier support/troubleshooting (Provides support as needed to ensure Epic build is migrated successfully from development environments to production)

Performs Third Tier Technical support (Provide technical support as needed when troubleshooting issues within Epic)

Other duties as assigned
