Light & Green is a high-end architectural lighting manufacturer seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager & Operations/ Quoting Coordinator to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent position. The role involves daily office management, handling QuickBooks, preparing price quotes, and providing operational and project support.

Daily office management and administrative operations
Hands-on work with QuickBooks: invoicing, payments, vendors, and customers
Preparing price quotes for clients and the sales team
Tracking quotes, orders, and follow-ups
Operational and project support
Coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Office Manager / Administrator / Operations role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience preparing quotes and working with numbers
High-level English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred
Experience in lighting, construction, design, or manufacturing industries
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Strong operational mindset
