Financial Technology Partners is one of the most successful boutique investment banks on Wall Street, and they are seeking a People Operations Summer Intern for a 10-week program. The Intern will perform a wide array of operational activities and gain exposure to all facets of the People Operations function.

Responsibilities

Prepare summer review cycle materials for roundtables
Assist with new hire onboarding coordination
Update welcome / onboarding guides and other materials coordination
Assist with US Summer Intern Team coordination
Maintain Summer and Full-time Analyst Program training calendars
Act as the SF training room liaison
Maintain, track and analyze data
Take notes on exit interviews
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification

Required

Undergraduate or Master students with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027
All degrees considered, Human Resources or business-focus preferred
GPA 3.50 or greater
Strong interest in People Operations
Microsoft Office tools, emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Tech-savvy
High attention to detail
Ability to operate with confidentiality
Ability to prioritize
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence
Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
Permanent U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future
