Responsibilities
Write on-brand copy across channels, including:
Marketing campaigns (email, web, paid, social)
Product naming, descriptions, and packaging
Community campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Product to help bring new launches to life
Marketing to support email, web, and retail campaigns and growth initiatives
Community to create helpful, encouraging content that educates and inspires
Help maintain and evolve the Olive & June voice: friendly, confident, inclusive, empowering, relevant
Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas (big and small)
Generate original copy across email, web, product, community, and more
Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and polish
Stay tapped into beauty trends, nail culture, and what our community is excited about
Qualification
Required
2+ years of copywriting, editorial, or relevant writing experience
A portfolio or writing samples that show range, voice, and creativity
Familiarity with digital-first brands, social platforms, and modern marketing
Preferred
experience or strong interest in beauty, nails, fashion, or lifestyle brands
