Responsibilities
Lead process assessments, document current-state processes, and design future-state workflows
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
Recommend best practices, process improvements, and solution approaches
Create wireframes, mockups, and conceptual designs to communicate solution ideas
Deliver product demos and prototype walkthroughs to validate requirements
Define data and integration needs, system flows, and information architecture
Manage small to mid-size projects, including scope, risks, and timelines
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Support change management, training plans, and user adoption activities
Qualification
Required
15+ years of Business Analysis experience, including hands-on Project Management responsibilities
Experience working in consulting firms
Strong facilitation skills - able to lead sessions independently and engage stakeholders
Familiarity with ERP processes e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing, field services, and/or operations
Proficiency in creating wireframes and mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.)
Ability to deliver high-quality demos that clearly articulate the solution vision
Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and integrations
Preferred
Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services
